I came from the Steelseries Arctic Pro wireless, which was quite a bit more expensive. This is really noticeable in the audio quality. In my opinion, that was far better suited for gaming and music. I spent hours tinkering with settings in Razer Synapse before I even came close to the Steelseries. Anyway, price-wise, it isn't really a fair comparison either.

What I find most annoying is that the settings in Razer Synapse don't always stick. For instance, yesterday I received a notification that both the dongle and the headset were receiving a firmware update. After the update, I had to redo countless settings.

I also have to redo the "side-tone" setting (hearing your own voice) every single time I start the software.

The wearing comfort is really nice. I sometimes wear the headset for 5-6 hours straight and don't experience any discomfort. The buttons are well-positioned and everything is customizable, which is very nice. Hardware-wise, I am actually super satisfied so far.
