I've had this deep fryer for a while now, and I'm absolutely thrilled with it. It's so easy to use that you practically don't need a manual—you set it down, fill it with oil, and you'll understand how everything works. What I especially appreciate is the large viewing window. You can see exactly how the frying is progressing without having to open the lid constantly. Ideal for preventing your snacks from getting too dark. The removable filter is also a clever addition. It keeps the oil cleaner and is easy to remove and clean. Cleaning the deep fryer itself is also surprisingly simple. Most of the parts are dishwasher-safe, which really saves time and makes maintenance much less of a hassle. The only drawback I've encountered so far is the temperature control. It works with a slider, and frankly, it feels a bit flimsy. A sturdy dial would probably have been more appropriate and would have given me more confidence. All in all, though, I'm very satisfied.
