You can do so much with it, which is really amazing. And I find the cooking result absolutely fantastic. Meat stays nice and juicy, yet with a delicious crispy crust. Another nice feature is that you can remove the divider from the basket, giving you a very large basket.

The appliance is also easy to clean after using the steam function.

The steam function is also a nice addition when preparing vegetables, because this way the vegetables are well cooked but not limp, which is often the case with regular boiling. Blanching vegetables is also highly recommended with this machine and is faster than traditional blanching in boiling water.
