Drying performance
I specifically ordered a service from Coolblue, but when they installed the washing machine, they didn't even check if it was level. When I asked about it, the guy said it wasn't necessary as long as it was stable. He loosened the adjustable feet a bit but didn't tighten the lock nuts. During the first wash, I noticed a lot of shaking and clicking/rumbling. I've leveled the machine myself and tightened the lock nuts, because otherwise, I think the feet/threads always shake during the spin cycle. I have to run another wash to see if it shakes and clicks less, otherwise I'll just return the Samsung.

AI thing, very nice but has led to shrunken clothes.

This washer dryer basically does everything properly. The only thing that is very annoying is that you as a user are forced into strange positions if you want to change something in the program yourself. An example: I am allergic to house dust mites and therefore have to wash my bedding at 60 degrees or warmer. This is not possible with the bedding program. Very annoying that you as a user cannot simply determine this yourself.

Our digital expert will help you, but it can sometimes make mistakes, like humans do.
According to our washer dryer combo expert
With QuickDrive, you can wash your clothes within 39 minutes and you can shorten the washing time of 11 programs.
AI Wash doses your detergent automatically, and thanks to the turbidity sensor you can see how dirty your laundry is.
The Steam Wash cycle washes extra hygienically, because it removes allergens and bacteria with steam.
You pay a lot more energy costs than with a separate washing machine and dryer.
