- Which floor types do you have?
- Is the floor attachment suitable for your floor type?

About vacuum brushes
You want to protect a wooden floor from scratches. That's why you need a parquet brush. This has soft bristles and no wheels. This way, you prevent damage when you vacuum. You can use a multi-surface brush for low-pile carpet and hard floors. Do you also have high-pile carpet? You need a turbo brush. Turbo brushes often have more rigid bristles that reach deeper into the fibers of the carpet. This way, you can easily vacuum stubborn dirt.
Adjust suction power
You might think you want the highest suction power for a good cleaning result, but that's not the case. When you vacuum a hard floor at maximum power, the vacuum might suck itself onto the floor. If that happens, you have to adjust the suction power. If you go onto a carpet from a hard floor, use the switch on the multi-surface tool. This makes sure the suction brush vacuums the right amount of air. This way, you make sure the vacuum doesn't suck itself onto the surface.
