Explanation on the delivery and installation of your TV

Do you want us to get your TV ready for use during delivery? Choose the installation option when you buy the TV. If you pay a little extra, we'll attach your TV to the base or mount it on the wall. We'll also connect it to your peripherals. On this page, you can find out what each option entails and what the costs are.

What we do during an installation service appointment

This option costs € 49.99. If you get the installation service, we'll:

  • unpack the TV and attach it to the base.
  • connect the TV to a working TV signal and set the channels.
  • connect the TV to the WiFi and your peripherals, like your DVD player or soundbar.
  • explain how your TV works.
  • take your old TV with us if you want to.

This option costs € 89.99. If you get the installation and mounting service, we'll:

  • unpack the TV and attach it to the base.
  • connect the TV to a working TV signal and set the channels.
  • connect the TV to the WiFi and your peripherals, like your DVD player or soundbar.
  • explain how your TV works.
  • take your old TV with us if you want to.

Before choosing this option, make sure to read this checklist:

  • Do you already have a wall mount? Make sure it's suitable for your new TV. Check the maximum inch size, the maximum weight, and the VESA size.
  • Don't have a wall mount yet? Don't forget to buy one.
  • You can find a suitable wall mount under the recommended combinations on the product page.
  • We don't mount TVs on the ceiling, on thin and hollow walls, or on plaster, gyproc, or wood walls.
