How do I place an order?
- You can place your order by adding your selected products to your shopping cart and confirming your choice.
- Then confirm your choice in your own Cafeteria Plan tool.
How do I simulate the effect of my choice on my budget?
To simulate the impact of your choice on your total budget, add the total amount in the Cafeteria Plan tool. This tool will then calculate your budget and the discount you get compared to a cash payout.

Which products can I order as part of my Cafeteria Plan?
Your employer has selected products that are part of your Cafeteria Plan. You can find an overview of all products at the top of this page.
Can I order products that aren't part of my Cafeteria Plan?
No, you can't. If you want to order products that aren't part of your Cafeteria plan, you have to log into your personal Coolblue account. Don't you have a personal Coolblue account? You can create one via the link below.
Can I return my ordered product(s)?
It's possible to return your ordered products under some conditions. Because your products were part of a Cafeteria Plan, you can't handle the return yourself. Contact our Cafeteria Plan experts via cafetariaplan@coolblue.be.
Where can I see my Cafeteria Plan budget?
You can't see the budget of your Cafeteria Plan on the Coolblue website. Check your budget in the Attentia DOTS Portal.
Why do I see a 'no results' on a category
If there are no results within a product category, it's because these products aren't part of your Cafeteria Plan. You can't order these products with your budget.
