Does Coolblue deliver on Sunday?
We deliver most products on Sunday, except our larger products like washing machines. While you place your order, you can see the available delivery days.
Do you still deliver orders at home?
Yes. If you choose delivery at home, your package will be delivered to your house.
Are there hygienic measures regarding the delivery?
No, it's no longer necessary to wear a face mask or keep a 1.5m distance during the delivery. You can also sign for your order yourself again. Do you want the delivery drivers to keep their distance and wear a face mask? Let them know and they'll happily do this for you!
Do you also deliver my package if I'm in quarantine?
We do, we'll leave your order outside at the front door. We'll take your old product with us if it's ready for us outside. Would you rather have a new appointment? No problem. Please contact our customer service.
Are the pickup points and post offices available?
Most pickup points and post offices are open. When you order via our website, you can see all opening hours of your favorite pickup points.
Can I still pick up orders in the stores?
Yes, you can reserve your product online and pick it up if it's in stock. Isn't the product in stock in the store closest to you? You can reserve it to pick it up the next day. You can pay in the store.
What if my delivery is delayed?
We're sorry that your order has been delayed. In case of a delay, there's still an 80% chance that you'll have your package the next day. In My Coolblue, you can easily view the status of your order. You can also find your Track & Trace here.
Didn't receive your order after 5 days? Please contact our customer service within 14 days after your original delivery day. We're happy to help you.
Do you still offer installation services?
Yes, but not for all of our products. We do this for the safety of you and our installers. You can still order these products, and we'll still deliver them to just behind the doorstep of your front door. To help you install your new product, we've listed DIY tips from our installers. You can find the extra installation services on the page of your chosen product.
How can I prepare for a safe delivery?
You can prepare for a safe delivery with our rules. Watch the video for white goods or televisions, or read them below.
Symptom-free delivery Does someone in your home have symptoms such as coughing, a cold, or fever? Don't order until everyone has been symptom-free for at least 3 days. Did you already something? Contact our customer service to schedule a safer delivery time.
The preparation

Open all doors that the delivery drivers have to go through and remove obstacles.

Disinfect places that the delivery drivers have to touch. Think of stair railings and the place where your product will be placed.

Do you have an old product that we'll take back for you? Disconnect and disinfect it as well.

Are we installing a television? Write down the name and password of the WiFi network for the delivery driver.

Are we mounting a television? Make sure that you have at least 3m2 of free and disinfected work space available around the place where your TV is going to be hung.
During delivery
- Keep a minimum distance of 1.5m from our delivery drivers.
- Make sure that there are no more than 2 people in the same room. For example, is our delivery driver busy installing your TV in the living room? You can watch, but your housemate has to go somewhere else. If there are 2 delivery drivers installing your washing machine, no one else should be in the room with them.
