I was able to buy a Second Chance and I must say great. I did hesitate to buy the Second Chance because I wasn't sure if everything would be okay, my suspicions turned out to be unfounded. Machine was brand new, only the packaging was opened once, but the machine itself was nothing. Service as I am used to from Coolblue. I do find that the water reservoir is very difficult to release, I even thought I was going to break it, I had to pull it so hard. The machine comes under pressure very quickly and you get nice hot coffee. I do miss an on and off button, the machine does go to sleep after 9 minutes, which means that the heating elements are switched off. I'd rather have a button that I'm sure doesn't consume any more power. So I have to pull the plug every time. I had a Magimix and it made quite a bit of noise, it is also not very quiet, but the sound is not that bad. Other than that, it's a beautiful thing and goes very well with my other Kitchenaid appliances.
