Hetty is my new roomie. I love Hetty. She was a little shy in the beginning, but that's not noticeable at the moment. Hetty is a sweetheart, she cleans up all the rubble behind me. Everyone wants a roomie like that, right?

The product is what I expected it to be informed in advance by family who owned a Henry they were very pleased with this vacuum cleaner and because we have both worked in family care and so know what is important about a vacuum cleaner that meets all our requirements.

According to our vacuum expert
A lot of freedom of movement: thanks to the large operating radius, you won't have to switch sockets often while you vacuum.
Replace the vacuum cleaner bag less often: you only have to replace the vacuum cleaner bag every now and then, because it has an extra-large capacity.
Switch floor types quickly: with the multi-surface brush, you can switch between different floor types at the press of a button.
Controls require bending over: the buttons are on the vacuum, so you can only control it when you bend over.
Adjust manually: you can adjust the vacuum's suction power manually.
