Smartwatch features are limited to notifications, but since I was not looking for a smartwatch, this is a nice bonus. Battery lasts well for a whole week, with 24hr heart rate, 3 running workouts of a total of 3 hours, smartwatch, sleep tracking, ... For the sake of completeness: I have not (yet) tried any sports other than walking.

Heart rate sometimes fails in terms of accuracy or drops out for a while (I had this every now and then with my Garmin Forerunner 35, by the way), that's why I want to buy a Bluetooth heart rate belt. ANT+ heart rate belt is unfortunately not compatible with this watch. The software is also extensive and user-friendly (a lot more info online than in the Suunto app and regular software updates for the watch) and the possibility to view your workout (registered with GPS) in 3D is very nicely done! As for the battery life, I can't say much about that yet. Friday the watch fully charged to 100% and 4.5 days later 35% with daily use for recording workouts including the use of GPS. I think that with average use you should charge the watch about once a week.

In short, highly recommended!
