Sigma 16mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary E-Mount
anything for a smile
Can use several times now. Lovely lens, not too heavy and of good quality. The lens remains sharp for both wide-angle use and closeups.

Very good lens for both photos and videos. Razor sharp image & amazing quality in low light conditions.
Fast autofocus & a must have lens for any Bokeh enthusiast.
The only downside is that the lens weighs quite a lot (+400 grams), which made my Sony a6500 feel fairly unbalanced in the hand.
For the rest it is a perfect price / quality ratio.

Our digital expert will help you, but it can sometimes make mistakes, like humans do.
According to our camera lens expert
Bright in dark locations: thanks to the large maximum aperture of f/1.4, you can take bright photos in dark locations.
Extra wide image angle: the wide 16mm image angle lets you take wide-angle shots, so you can capture architecture and landscapes, for example.
Take photos in the rain: you can keep taking photos without problems during a rain shower thanks to the water-resistant design.
No image stabilization: this lens doesn't have image stabilization that reduces motion blur.
Less suitable for video: you can hear the motor while the lens focuses, so this lens is less suitable for videography.
