We've had the device for almost 2 years, so who knows what happened to the previous tablets, did they end up completely in the cleaning or maybe come loose during the regular coffee process?! Check it and if you put a tablet in the guide, push it through. It then falls on the filter/compression chamber where it is included in the correct cleaning path.
