I'm paralyzed on one side, so shredding documents 'manually' is no longer an option. So we looked for a shredder: sufficiently high (working from a wheelchair), stable (I will not have to use the supplied wheels), easy to operate with one hand, and with a sufficiently large receptacle (the cleaning lady can empty it weekly). So I searched and found this one. And oh yes: neither staples nor thicker reams of paper are a problem.

After trying many other types of shredders, this is a really nice experience. Powerful and quiet.

According to our paper shredder expert
You can shred 1 sheet of A4 paper into 410 shreds, so the paper shredder meets the requirements of the DIN P-4 safety standard.
With this device, you can also destroy CDs, credit cards, paperclips, and staples.
Thanks to the anti-jam technology, you won't get paper jams.
After 30 minutes of continuous shredding, the paper shredder needs to cool off.
Use the Fellowes Powershred 92Cs paper shredder in larger business environments. Shred up to 18 sheets at the same time into small shreds according to the DIN-P4 security standard. Is paper stuck? The automatic reverse function quickly reverses it. Do you need to remove the paper manually? The paper shredder stops right away with the SafeSense technology when your hands get too close. You also won't disturb your colleagues, because this device makes a lot less noise than similar models with a 54dB noise level. Besides paper, you can also shred CDs, credit cards, paper clips, and staples in paper with this paper shredder.
