Good washing and drying

Sausage €629 I've spent. Not because it was a bad purchase but because I would have much preferred to buy a drone or something. Joys of growing up I guess. However, from a needing to wash and dry my stuff, I'm Really happy so far, better than anticipated. Pretty quiet and as a 27 year old male who can't read Dutch it's easy enough to drive and get your kit clean. So good stuff LG.

It started with the error 'T cl'. As others have indicated here, the LG manual is very concise and actually too brief. A problem you have to Google, as it is not in the manual (not even in the English version). The error code stands for 'drum cleaning' and is a function that, as the Coolblue employee said when installing the washing machine, you should turn on +/- once a month so that the machine cleans its own drum. Since it was only new, I did not ask myself any questions when using it for the first time: "the machine has just come out of the packaging, it must be normal". There was no problem with the second use, but immediately afterwards. After a while the machine started showing this error every time and completely blocked on start.

I am very sorry that the free return period is only 30 days. I only have to wash for 2 people so I only use the machine regularly. For example, you use a TV every day. You can therefore report a problem faster to return your TV if necessary. With a washing machine, the period for return should actually be longer. I also didn't want to be 'the sour consumer' with my washing machine who immediately complains about his product. I gave it a few chances and the return period was over when I first called customer service.
