In the end I ended up with this MSI Nightblade. Sleek housing (2x as small as my old desktop), cool and adjustable LED lighting (even though I'm the only one who sees it), good specifications and indeed: super fast.
The Nightblade comes with Windows 10 and the update process will take you a few hours. An antivirus program is also installed by default (Norton?), but I immediately removed it. Couldn't find any 'bloatware'. This fast boy started up in seconds.
Of course I immediately subjected the PC to a benchmark after arrival. The processor and graphics card are top notch for their price. The hard drives, both the HDD and the SSD, are fine. However, the RAM memory underperforms. I mean, the games I've tried (Black Squad and Witcher 3) run fine and without any issues. But the benchmark shows that much better RAM is available for a small additional cost. It is a pity that more has not been invested in this. The only other downside is the audibility of the fans in a dead quiet room. You will not be bothered by this while gaming.
All in all, this desktop is highly recommended. All the more so because the RAM is easy to upgrade.
