This is really nice prime lens from Nikon. It produces great, sharp photos. Works very well in low light. Unfortunately this one is being produced in China while most other Z lenses come from Thailand (no more made in Japan products from Nikon). All in all great purchase. Recommended.

Extremely sharp. Also at F1.8, nice bokeh. Read most of the reviews on the internet, which is why I bought this lens.

According to our camera lens expert
Bright in dark locations: thanks to the large maximum aperture of f/1.8, you can take bright photos in dark locations.
Versatile prime lens: the versatile 35mm lens is suitable for street, landscape, and portrait photography.
Silent autofocus: the autofocus motor focuses silently, so you won’t hear distracting noise in your videos.
No image stabilization: this lens doesn't have image stabilization that reduces motion blur.
