According to our laptop expert
Flip the touchscreen 360 degrees to use the laptop as a tablet.
Because it only weighs 1.35 kilograms, you can easily take this Chromebook with you to school or work.
The Chrome OS operating system is energy-efficient, so you can use the Chromebook for a whole working day without charging it.
Not all programs work on a Chromebook, only programs from the Chrome Web Store or Google Play Store.
Due to the HD+ resolution, the image of the laptop is less sharp than a laptop with Full HD resolution.
If you flip the screen of the 12-inch HP Chromebook x360 12b-ca0001nb, you can use this Chromebook as a tablet. On the touchscreen, you can scroll through photos and web pages. Because it only weighs 1.35 kilograms and it's compact, you can also take this HP with you when you travel. This HP is partly made of aluminum, so it's less susceptible to impact damage when you throw your bag on the ground. Back home, you can watch a series on Netflix. The built-in Bang & Olufsen speakers allow you to hear voices in series loud and clear. Chromebook laptops run on Google's operating system, Chrome OS. This allows you to work in programs such as Google Docs and Google Sheets from the cloud. You can store all your photos, files, and videos on the free 100GB Google Drive online storage for 1 year.
Note: Windows programs don't work on a Chromebook. Do you want to use Microsoft Office? If so, buy Office 365.
I hesitated for a long time to buy a chromebook, let alone which brand, which type. The HP chromebook meets all my requirements. The device gives the feeling of working with a laptop on the one hand, on the other hand I am working with the many useful free apps just like a tablet. The screen resolution is enough for me. Netflix, youtube ... all no problem. Performance remains optimal when using several apps at the same time. Beautiful touch screen by the way. For me my best laptop ever, my best tablet ever. I will enjoy this for a long time to come. For this price. An absolute must.
