Bought 2 for a raid 1 enclosure with 2 drives. Works like a charm for editing 4K footage. Discs are very fast. I can hear them on my desk, but not too distracting. Dropped a disk from a few cm height during installation and luckily it still works fine.

If this disk is just perfect for years, the product red 4TB is just good, disks are fast, reasonably priced and quiet. However, the packaging in which coolblue sent this particular disc is actually a mockery, sorry guys... The disc was in a bag with 4 mm foam (which is also static), this bag was then in a box at the bottom, above which was a layer of cell plastic... The only way to send a hard drive is of course in an antistatic bag, and the bag clamped in a piece of cell foam. Then the delivery person can fly in and out of the bend without the disc making hard contact. This drive was absolutely unsupported on 5 of the 6 sides in the box and if it breaks within a year I know why...
