According to our Cooktop expert
You can use the flexible cooking zones as one large zone or 2 separate zones.
Prepare tender juicy meat with the help of the temperature control.
With a high-end preparation quality, you have many options for preparing dishes.
The cooktop doesn't have a keep-warm function to keep your dish warm.
The Siemens EX651FXC1E has 2 flexible cooking zones, which you can easily create space for an elongated roasting pan on. The temperature control keeps the temperature at a constant, so you're sure your meat stays tender and juicy. This means you can always prepare your steak exactly the way you like. There are 17 different power settings to choose from. You can easily adjust them via the slider controls. Want your dish to be ready quickly? Use the boost function. That way, you can add a little extra power to heat up your pan faster. Thanks to the child safety lock, it's not possible for children to mess with the settings. Even when the cooktop is turned off.

After 2 weeks, the hob is very good. But a number of things that are indicated in the description of Coolblue and the promotion of Siemens are not mentioned in the manual and have not yet been discovered by us. Such as wattage per cooking zone, safety in case of boiling over, setting a temperature that reduces power after reaching that temperature. So quite happy with it but hope to be even more enthusiastic
