I don't know if it's the same with other kitchen trills, but I'm impressed with this one: I was following a recipe for tomato soup. According to step 6, after vibrating, I had to pass the soup through a sieve to get the pulp out. Seriously, I've put 1.5 kilos of very big, very serious, truss tomato boys in the soup, and graze with the Bamix for 2 minutes and there really isn't any pulp to be found in the soup. Nothing. nada. none. I suspect cheap machines can't do that. And this machine didn't have the slightest difficulty with it, you can feel that when you hold the device. Costs a mountain, but then you clearly have a mountain of quality in your hands.

I believe this is a good toy for the hobby chef. (Which I'm not, because I hate cooking. So for me it's EXTRA important that I have good tools, otherwise I won't last). I have no opinion about the rest of the contents of the box yet.
