This refurbished iPhone SE 2020 has been checked and repaired with non-original Apple parts if necessary. The battery condition is between 85% and 100%. You barely notice this with daily use, as the battery performs like that of a new iPhone. If it turns out that the battery condition is lower than 85% during the check, it gets replaced with a new non-original Apple battery. The smartphone then gets a 100% battery condition.

Definitely worth buying a refurbished phone
- Very neat, no scratches or anything.
- If you can call it a downside, but it has a new battery that is not of the Apple brand and therefore gives a message that it cannot show the battery capacity.

I had different expectations for 'lightly used'. Before this I also had a refurbished iPhone, but even after using it for 2 years myself, it had fewer scratches and a better battery than this 'new' refurbished iPhone.

the phone works perfectly. very well packed and comes with new charger. you may find some signs of usage but rather light (when you chose that option). the price is affordable and it's a more eco-friendly choice.
