I was looking for a new phone after years of being satisfied with Lenovo P2 with a custom ROM. But that phone became too slow and the battery also deteriorated (unfortunately we still cannot easily replace the batteries).

I was dissatisfied with my FairPhone, and I don't want a Samsung either. Since Lenovo is now actually Motorola, I went for a Motorola Moto. What you get for your money is very nice, so you really don't have to buy a 900 euro phone. You get a charger and case! And the speed is excellent, really nothing wrong with that. Storage is also a relief if you were used to 32GB, 256GB is more than enough for me.

Fingerprint sensor works surprisingly well and fast. I am also with the USB-C port, which is becoming the standard. There is even a 2.5 mm audio jack for enthusiasts!

Shake your device twice and your flash (lamp) turns on, do the same again and the lamp is off again, ideal. Turn your wrist back and forth twice and the camera will open! Just handy shortcuts.

Camera is really not great, but better than my old Lenovo P2, you don't have to do it for the camera... But it is a phone and not an SLR. I don't buy a phone for the camera. If you want to take nice photos, just buy a nice SLR camera.

I still think battery consumption is a bit high, the battery size is fine in my opinion, but even with Bluetooth off, GPS off, NFC off and screen dark, I expected more than 2 days of battery life when I more or less stand my mobile. - have stood by. And more importantly, the screen just has ghosting, but quite a lot of ghosting... I find that unacceptable for 2023. Ghosting occurs when you simply scroll up/down through messages, where the text "fades" after a bit. Just search for 'screen ghosting'.

Ps. I do miss a physical 'home' button, but that's a shame, but unfortunately those buttons are no longer standard on almost any Android phone.
