When you need more than standard wide angle

Beautiful interior photos can be taken. The 16-50mm lens does not have a wide angle for that. If necessary, you can correct the lens distortion in Photoshop (Elements): menu Filter -> correct camera distortion.

It was a disappointment that I had to buy this lens. I expected the 16-50mm lens to have a large enough lens, but unfortunately you have to multiply the "16mm" by 1.5 in 3:2 DFX format and then you only have 24mm wide angle, which is no better than standard wide angle. So this 12mm lens also does not score more wide angle than an 18mm standard. But that is just that extra bit of wide angle that you often need.
