Screen and dial Unlike smartwatches, this hybrid watch only has a very small screen where I see my data. I scroll through the menu using the button on the side. In the app on my smartphone I can set what I want to see on my watch, for example the date, my heart rate, steps and temperature. I also start a workout or breathing exercise like this. It took me some time to get used to the controls, but now I find it useful. Because it is not a touchscreen, I don't accidentally click anything. Because the digital screen is small, I have to view my extensive health data in the app.

Measure temperature With this Scanwatch 2 I constantly measure my body temperature. This allows the Withings to learn what my normal temperature is. If my temperature gets too high, I may become ill.
