I used Jura in the past - had 2 machines. Jura became not reliable as it breaks down after 3 years of use which is ridiculous. Hope Sage will last longer

The cup meets expectations. The coffee can be easily knocked out.

The dimensions of the box are stated correctly. But the diameter and height are (and therefore the storage space) too small. With 4 or more exits it is 'full'.

According to our knock box expert
The extra large knock box stops all coffee splashes when you knock out the portafilter.
Thanks to the plastic material, the knock box is lightweight.
The knock box isn't dishwasher-safe, so you have to clean it by hand.
