Fit and stability The fit is incredibly snug and absolutely fantastic for working out. The earbuds are super light and fit securely in the ear; they don't come loose for a moment, even in wet/sweaty situations with lots of movement.

Sound quality and equalizer Contrary to some critical reviews I've read, the sound is actually good. While one of the four equalizer presets sounds a bit tinny, the others offer a very natural sound or a nice bass boost.

Tip: Experiment with the presets; there's a significant difference between them.

Active noise cancellation (ANC) The ANC is pleasant, but not perfect. Most frequencies are eliminated, but there's a slight, persistent static noise that lingers in the background. If you're looking for total silence, Bose still has the upper hand, but these do a great job at the gym.

Comfort and Ergonomics I found the best seal with the large silicone eartips, which relieved a small pressure point and ensured complete closure of the ear canal. However, the tips gradually extend a little further (without falling out).

⚠️ Note for large ears: If you have large ears, the distance between the eartip and the top of the earhook may be a bit tight. The rubber/plastic material is quite firm and has a seam that can cause slight discomfort or "ear deformity" if the arch is too steep for your ear shape.

Controls & App The touch controls are very responsive once you've spent 5 minutes learning the system.

Pros: The manual (both printed and digital) is very clear.

App: The JLab app is optional, which is nice if you prefer to keep things simple.

Power & Charging The charging capabilities are the most notable feature. You have three ways to charge:

• Integrated USB-C cable (tucked away at the bottom).

• Standard USB-C port.

• Wireless charging.

The LED on the case and the battery percentage indicators on the phone side (left, right, and case) ensure you don't accidentally run out of power.

Summary Pros: Very stable earbuds for workouts, versatile charging options, and clear equalizer options. Cons: Slight background noise in ANC mode; the earhook design may feel stiff for people with larger ears.

Expected to be able to do sports with these and that's what I bought them for. Found the sound quality a bit poor for this price. Sounds rather tinny and can't go very loud. I haven't figured out how to turn on the noise canceling yet, but maybe it's not there. Don't feel like the hassle of returning them so I'll just keep them.

After some searching for new sports earbuds, I am very happy with my choice! These JLab earbuds are really great! If you are also looking for good earbuds, you don't have to look any further. These are the best I have had so far! They have a user-friendly operation, fantastic sound and also good bass! You can adjust everything to your own preference via the JLab app.

They are comfortable and stay in place well. The noise canceling is not perfect, but it is certainly good enough. The battery lasts a really long time and for the price they offer excellent quality!
