Top machine with excellent washing results with handy app

In long: What a great washing machine. We originally bought an Electrolux machine after a broken AEG appliance. We had some trouble with it and needed immediate repairs (complete drum replacement). The biggest problem, however, was the shaking and noise during the spin cycle. This was much worse than the previous AEG. Since we already had a Siemens dryer, which we were very happy with, we decided to get a Siemens washing machine.

What a top-notch appliance! You can immediately see and feel the quality (it's very stable). Of course, all the programs you need are included, but even more are available via the app. The app also notifies you when the machine is finished, which is very convenient. What's especially refreshing is that the machine spins relatively quietly, even at 1400 rpm. What a relief compared to the Electrolux!

The machine is packed with clever features. For example, it detects (and notifies you via the app) if you've used too much detergent and then does an extra rinse cycle.

It also has a light that illuminates the drum.

If, like us, you have both a Siemens washing machine and dryer, you can press a single button on the dryer, and it immediately selects the perfect program and drying time based on the laundry that's just finished. Very convenient!
