With the SumUp Solo Lite Contactless Card Reader + Charging Dock, you can accept payments anywhere and you won’t run out of battery. Place your device in the dock between payments, and your SumUp charges automatically. Connect your tablet or smartphone and get started right away. There’s no long verification process and hardly any paperwork. You do need a Chamber of Commerce number. Enter the amounts on your smartphone or tablet, and your customer can pay with a debit card, credit card, or contactless payment method like Apple Pay or Google Pay. You pay 1.49% in transaction fees per transaction in the Netherlands, 1.39% in Germany, and 1.69% in Belgium. This applies to all debit cards, credit cards, and smartphones. There are no extra costs for foreign credit cards, for example. To use the Solo Lite, you need a smartphone or tablet with Bluetooth. You also don’t pay any subscription or installation costs.
