Thanks to the high power, you can effortlessly puree hard ingredients. That's useful, because you can use the immersion blender daily without overheating it. The immersion blender is continuously adjustable. This allows you to easily adjust the speed to the preparation. You can set the setting in advance or adjust the speed with the press of a button while you mix. This way, you always get the result you want.
