I had been looking for a good hand blender for a while, mainly because a blender has quite a few disadvantages for me. Think of cleaning, the noise, and the fact that lighter mixtures often stick to the edges. Through Reviewclub, I got the chance to test this hand blender, and so far, I am very positive. I use it regularly for various tasks, such as finely grinding cookies for a pie crust, making mayonnaise, whipping cream, and pureeing vegetables and fruit. It does all of this quickly and effortlessly.

What I also like is that most parts can simply go in the dishwasher. That saves a lot of hassle. However, I do notice that cleaning by hand is a bit more difficult because it is hard to get between the blades. Additionally, the stainless steel shaft heats up quickly, especially if you rinse it under hot water or after processing hot ingredients, so you do have to keep an eye on that.
