Receive more coverage in case of damage than with your standard warranty. Coolblue takes care of everything: from taking out the insurance to repairs. Is a repair not possible? You receive the purchase price as CoolblueCredit.
XCover is allowed to arrange and process insurances on behalf of the insurer. The insurances are governed by Belgium law. If you have a complaint, you can contact the or our customer service.
First, add your washing machine to your shopping cart. On the next page, choose the Protection Plan below. You always have a 30-day return window and pay no deductible in case of damage.
The insurance can be canceled every year, even if you have paid in advance. If you cancel earlier, you will receive a refund for the overpaid amount.
Works well. It's also quiet. The only thing you need to consider is setting the washing machine, as you have to use the app to set things like your Express 14 for a 60-degree quick wash. Or a 90-degree wash. If that works, it's fantastic. And it even steams the clothes.

Super quiet machine. Large drum. Eco wash only takes 2.5 minutes. With my previous machine, it took almost 4 hours.

Very dissatisfied with this washing machine. We've had two in three months. The first broke within five weeks. The second destroys clothes. Shirts go into the washing machine whole and come out with holes. Pants with strings don't work well either. The strings come out completely torn, making them unusable. This hasn't happened once.
Coolblue is willing to send a technician, but if they can't see anything wrong with the washing machine, you have to pay for their visit. This, even though we ourselves have already stated that there's nothing we can feel or see wrong with the washing machine.

Our digital expert will help you, but it can sometimes make mistakes, like humans do.
According to our washing machine expert
Large loads: with a 9kg load capacity, you can wash larger loads of bedding or a few days' worth of clothes in 1 go.
Less ironing: you'll finish ironing faster because IronFast reduces wrinkles with steam.
Better detergent dissolving: with Beko EnergySpin, the detergent dissolves better because of the adjusted drum movements.
No automatic dosing: without automatic detergent dosing, you’ll likely use too much detergent, which is less good for your laundry.
Loud noise during spinning: the washing machine makes a lot of noise during spinning, so you'll be bothered more by the noise.
