The HP OmniBook 7 is a great laptop that's easy to carry. It's a small laptop that doesn't weigh much. The screen displays vibrant colors and sharp images. The screen is glossy, though, so I sometimes have to turn the laptop slightly.
First Impression
This HP OmniBook 7 is a small 14-inch laptop that weighs only 1.4 kilograms. This makes it easy to carry and place comfortably on my lap. It fits easily in my bag and I can use it in various rooms. Because I have relatively small hands, I find this size convenient. The laptop's design is simple yet sleek. It has two USB-A ports and two USB-C ports, allowing me to connect various accessories, such as a mouse and keyboard.
Comfortable Keyboard and Touchpad
I find the laptop's keyboard comfortable to type on. The keys make a soft clicking sound, so I don't disturb others with my typing. In dark rooms and at night, I can easily continue my tasks. The keyboard is backlit, so I can see the keys clearly. Furthermore, the touchpad on this laptop is comfortable and not too large, making it easy to navigate the screen.
Bright and sharp display
This OmniBook 7 has an OLED panel. It also has 95 percent color coverage of the DCI-P3 color space. This allows me to see colors clearly and vividly on the screen. I also see a lot of color transitions, such as the colors of a bird's feathers or the red glow of a sunset. Because of the OLED panel, the screen doesn't have an anti-reflective coating. As a result, I'm more likely to experience light reflection. Fortunately, I can easily resolve this by rotating or moving the laptop. The screen has a WUXGA resolution, which is slightly sharper than Full HD. This allows me to see details on the screen more clearly.
