After almost 10 years, I had to say goodbye to my Philips Saeco Incanto. I'd read countless reviews of various machines from different brands, but one thing convinced me to buy the Prima Donna Aromatic: the temperature of the coffee with dairy. It was supposedly higher than with the others. Ultimately, that was the deciding factor for me.

It's a fantastic machine with tons of features, very clear and easy to use, and the coffee is delicious (and also nice and hot with dairy), thanks in part to the bean adapt system. You can adjust and save everything to your liking. Furthermore, both the bean hopper and the water tank are nice and large.

Regarding cleaning: I haven't had the machine long enough to have any real experience with it, but most of it is dishwasher safe, which is just convenient.

They've even thought about unpacking the machine. It's smooth and easy, and the machine is ready to go in no time. You always have to throw away the first few cups of coffee; the machine needs a bit of time to settle in, but after that, it's time to enjoy! For me this is really the right machine.
