I live in an area where most phones have no signal; only KPN gives 1-2 bars of signal on my iPhone SE 3, giving me a speed of around 5 Mb/s. Even with a weak signal, this router can still stably squeeze out more than 30 Mbit/s; the maximum speed I’ve seen is 80 Mbit/s, and on average it does 40 Mbit/s, without connecting external antennas.
Note! There are different hardware versions of this router in circulation! v1, v2, v3! If you receive the v2, return it immediately. TP-Link put a cheaper network chip in this version to maximize profit; many people also have problems with the v2 version, which contains a UniSOC chip. I received the v3 from Coolblue myself, and it works perfectly and has a Quectel RG600L-EU chipset, which is much better.

Super easy to install and online in no time, with excellent speeds and a large Wi-Fi range. Going abroad? Then don't forget to enable roaming in the UI. I only miss some extra statistics, but for this price, I'm not going to complain.
