This stand mixer has a mixing bowl with a 4.8L capacity, so you can prepare medium-sized batches. Thanks to the powerful motor, you can also knead smaller amounts of heavy dough, like for bread or pizza. The tiltable head gives you better access to the mixing bowl. This way, you can easily remove the bowl from under the machine.
