With the Garmin Venu 4 Black/Yellow 45mm, you know more about your health and get tips for improving your lifestyle. For example, you receive insight in your daily movement, stress level, and sleep. You can find all this information in the Garmin Connect app. You can also track your workouts precisely. Thanks to the Garmin Coach function, you can make personal training plans and receive tips for workouts based on your fitness. You can use the useful flashlight when you lose something in the dark or if you want to be extra visible while running. You can see all your smartphone notifications on this watch and make calls. You can listen to your favorite music, even if you don't have your smartphone with you. You have to connect your wireless earbuds to this watch for that. The battery can last up to 10 days on average. If you have a small wrist, you should choose the smaller Venu 4 41mm.

This watch is recommended for a 17 to 19cm wrist circumference.
