Hue Secure Wired Video Doorbell + Chime

As a loyal user of multiple Hue products, I am very enthusiastic about the Hue video doorbell. The installation went smoothly, and the integration with my existing Hue system works perfectly. The image quality is sharp, even in the dark, and the notifications are fast and reliable. What I particularly appreciate is how seamlessly everything works together in the app. It gives a safe and comfortable feeling to always see who is at the door. A valuable addition to my smart home.

I had to return the doorbell and am now waiting for a new one. The doorbell won't connect to my Wi-Fi. Together with Philips Hue, KPN, and Cool Blue, we concluded that we are returning this one and hopefully the new doorbell works!

At first, I was mainly curious if it would really make a difference, but it certainly does. It is simply nice to be able to see immediately who is at the door. The image is sharp and remains clearly visible even in low light. Installation went smoothly, and since then, everything has worked stably without interruptions. Notifications come in quickly, ensuring you don't miss anything. The doorbell sound is clearly audible and not intrusive. It provides just that extra bit of control and convenience I was looking for.
