According to our Fully automatic espresso machine expert
The touchscreen gives you a lot of help with maintenance.
The separate milk reservoir lets you easily make milk specialties.
You can make 2 cappuccinos or latte macchiatos at the same time.
Because of the large water tank, the machine doesn’t fit in every kitchen.
Without a heating plate, your cup doesn't warm up on the machine, so your coffee stays warm for less time.

Design
The Siemens EQ700 TP7X5BM7 is a fully automatic espresso machine for those seeking great convenience. It operates quietly and features a touchscreen. I also control it using the Home Connect app. This allows me to quickly brew my favorite coffee and adjust settings to my own taste.
Milk Specialties The Siemens EQ700 TP7X5BM7 automatically prepares milk specialties at the touch of a button. I choose from cappuccino, latte macchiato, flat white, and cortado. I also prepare two milk specialties at the same time. This allows me to quickly make coffee for myself and someone else.
Ease of Use I can quickly navigate through coffee choices and settings via the touchscreen. I can also easily save my favorite coffee recipes. I find that handy. This way, I don't have to set the correct strength, quantity, and milk ratio every time.
App and Personalization
I control the coffee machine with my phone via the Home Connect app. Through the app, I add extra coffee specialties, create recipes, and receive maintenance instructions. I can also easily adjust settings such as coffee strength, water quantity, and milk quantity. This allows me to fine-tune the coffee better to my taste.
Noise level This machine operates extra quietly. That is nice when I make coffee early in the morning. This way, I don't wake up my housemates in the morning. Additionally, I personally like not waking up slowly, without loud noises. I also find it pleasant to use in an open kitchen.
Maintenance and reservoirs Maintenance requires little effort from me. The machine automatically cleans the milk system after every preparation. The calc'n Clean program helps with cleaning and descaling. The brewing unit is removable. The drip tray and coffee grounds container are dishwasher safe. The 2.4-liter water reservoir and 320-gram bean reservoir are spacious. As a result, I refill them less often.

It is our first fully automatic coffee maker. So far we are certainly satisfied with the device. The coffee tastes good. The device looks nice. In addition, it is noticeable that a lot of thought has been given to all the parts that you can remove for cleaning.

A great machine in every way: easy to operate (including via the app) and clean. It's also not too noisy while grinding, and the flavor of your coffee is easily adjusted.
