DJI Lito 1 Fly More Combo + Remote Controller

The DJI Lito 1 is a great drone for beginners. I control it easily with the Remote Controller and capture aerial footage for my social media channels. Thanks to obstacle detection, I avoid collisions, land safely, and learn to fly worry-free. With handy features like ActiveTrack, the drone follows me and automatically keeps me in frame. Due to the smaller image sensor, the image quality is not as good compared to the DJI Lito X1.

User-friendly controls Even if you have never flown a drone before, the DJI Lito 1 is easy to control. The DJI RC N3 Remote Controller feels like a game controller in the hand. I install the DJI Fly app on my smartphone and connect my phone to the controller. I watch along with the drone during flight via my phone screen and fly more accurately. The remote features 2 joysticks and various buttons. I use the dial to control the gimbal while filming. The drone responds quickly, allowing me to accurately determine what I capture in my surroundings. Useful Features

The DJI Lito 1 has various features that allow you to capture subjects easily and quickly.

I find the QuickShots features particularly handy. These are pre-programmed camera movements that allow you to quickly capture cinematic footage. With the Circle function, the drone flies around me, allowing me to capture more of my surroundings. This is useful for a vlog or for vacation footage.

In addition, I personally like using the ActiveTrack function. With this, I tap on a subject on my smartphone screen, after which the Lito 1 automatically tracks the subject's movements. This allows me to film friends while they are working out, for example. The drone automatically keeps the selected person in the frame, meaning I have to control it manually less often.

Obstacle Detection

As a beginner drone pilot, I find it important that my drone has obstacle detection. Thanks to the obstacle detection at the front of the drone, I worry less about collisions while flying and landing. The Lito 1 has 360-degree obstacle detection, but no LiDAR sensors. As a result, obstacle detection is less accurate compared to the DJI Lito X1, but I think it works fine. With the Return to Home function, I land safely back on the ground without hitting anything. That is nice, especially if you haven't flown a drone very often. This allows me to enjoy flying more and ensures my drone lasts longer.

Aerial footage for social media The Lito 1 films in 4K at a maximum of 100 frames per second. Due to the high frame rate, I also slow down my videos to create smooth slow-motion shots. The slowed-down aerial footage looks impressive right away. Thanks to the 1/2-inch image sensor, I film clear images in 4K during the day. The videos I make have vibrant colors. As a beginner drone pilot, I don't need complicated color settings or post-processing. The colors look good straight out of the camera, which is ideal when I want to quickly post content on Instagram or TikTok.

Well, the drone is certainly not bad; the battery, user-friendliness, and camera quality are truly excellent. The range, however, is really poor, especially for that price. I actually flew my drone into a tree because the signal suddenly dropped and the image didn't come through. Also, be careful not to fly past masts, as they suddenly cut your connection.
