AEG AP72AF21DG 7000 ANIMAL

This stick vacuum cleaner is super convenient to use. It is lightweight and absorbs well. Because it's cordless, you can easily take it with you throughout the house. no more hassle with cables that are just too short. That is also a disadvantage, because it has to be charged in between. It doesn't save the whole house on one battery. That is easy to solve by buying an extra battery or, as I have done now, buying an extra one and hanging it on the 2nd floor. That makes it easy to 'get it' and encourages the kids to vacuum their room more regularly (still needs some 'encouragement' such as cutbacks on pocket money, etc.) He does his job well and I can easily reach everything, Van de corners on the stairs to under the couch. Also useful for vacuuming the car, because it can also be used without the handle.

This product seems very promising: nice and light in the hand with which you quickly run through your house when visitors present themselves. Manoeuvrable head, which you can also use to vacuum under the sofa, and a number of extra parts that allow you to vacuum between the cracks in the sofa and/or the skirting boards. The suction power itself is also sufficient: the household waste and dust mites all neatly disappear into the collection bin. However, that container is not as big as it seems at first glance: I would be surprised if it can store more than 0.4 l of dust. That may sound like a lot, but it's as much as leaving my pets in the house in half a day. A pretty big drawback. However, what I find even more difficult about this vacuum cleaner is the way in which you clean it up. The vacuum cleaner is connected to the charger (so it is not possible to charge only the battery), whereby the battery itself is not in the charger. The charger mainly contains the motor part of the vacuum cleaner, which hangs on 2 contact/charging points. Very vulnerable, because a small push and the vacuum cleaner threatens to fall off.

In addition, the motor unit does not seem to fit all the way into the charger. This can only be done with a little prying, which quickly causes scratches on the motor unit. The suction tube also has to be placed in the charger and it also fits just right. Or exactly not. In addition, the plastic used does not feel very sturdy and it seems that it can break very quickly.

An excellent choice for those looking for ease of use and efficiency. During installation it is important to check whether the vacuum cleaner is actually charging, as this was not the case with us immediately and we found it suspicious after a day that it still did not work. Once charged, the light weight fell of the vacuum cleaner positive. This makes maneuvering around the house effortless. Also nice that the mouth adapts to the surface, hard or carpet. The transparent dust container allows you to see at a glance how full it is. Although the dust cup is a bit on the smaller side, we don't find it a problem. The empty goes easy and you're back to work in no time.
