Putting into use.

The coffee machine was unpacked in no time and ready for the first cup of coffee. The included manual was very clear, but everything is self-explanatory, and within no time we were able to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee.

Ease of use.

The coffee machine is very easy to operate. The coffee options are immediately clearly visible on a relatively large screen. With well-executed push buttons, it is easy to make your choice. The lack of touchscreen operation is absolutely not a loss. After a while, the most popular coffee specialties are displayed on the screen.

With Jura Smart Connect, you control the Jura coffee machine via Bluetooth with your smartphone or tablet. Unfortunately, this component was not included in the device's test equipment, so I cannot say anything about its operation or the pros and cons of this functionality. For the price of this device, I would appreciate it if this component were simply included!

Ease of maintenance.

The device takes all your maintenance worries off your hands. The rinsing and cleaning programs ensure that your device remains optimally clean. At first, I thought the brewing unit also had to be removed to be cleaned properly, but I have been convinced that this is not necessary thanks to the rinsing and cleaning programs of this device. The professional rinsing and cleaning convinced me. A minor drawback of all these programs is that you have to refill your 2-liter water reservoir with water quite often.

According to the manual, the E10 requires cleaning after 180 brews or 80 initial rinses. Naturally, I also wanted to perform the cleaning test, so with the included cleaning tablet, the cleaning was neatly carried out in about 15 minutes. I can only be positive about the cleaning as well; fast, easy, and professional.

Design. The JURA E10 Diamond Black (EA) is an absolute asset to your kitchen. The E10 is a sleek, beautiful model thanks to its modern design. There is absolutely nothing that gets in your way while brewing a delicious cup of coffee. The water tank can be removed very easily, and hardly any extra space is needed above the coffee machine to do so. This means the E10 also fits into a kitchen where space up to the upper cabinets is limited. Adding coffee is quite simple by removing a small flap. Everything about this machine is perfect. We have had the E10 for just under a week, and we already don't want to be without this machine.

Coffee quality. Naturally, it is all about the coffee, and right from brewing the first cup, you can smell the delicious aroma. Of course, we chose a quality coffee bean, but then you really taste the coffee I am used to drinking, as if I were sitting on a terrace in Rome. In a word, wonderfully delicious! The coffee preparation is also nicely concluded with a "please" on the screen.

16 different coffee specialties. An unprecedented number of coffee specialties with corresponding settings such as coffee quantity, temperature, and strength. It is great that this can also be adjusted per specialty. We did brew the coffee at the highest temperature setting, and it must be said that it is a perfect cup of coffee. The latte macchiato is also made in no time. You can see the characteristic layers of a latte macchiato forming beautifully, and with the right coffee, it is an absolute delight to drink. However, I have slightly reduced the times in which the milk separates from the milk foam to prevent the latte macchiato from not being hot enough to drink.

We have had the JURA E10 for a while now and are generally very satisfied. It is very easy to use and the machine operates very quietly. It extracts great flavor from the beans, and you can taste that in every cup of coffee. The milk foam is also really top-notch, and the selection of different coffee varieties is enormous.

There are, however, a few minor points for improvement. For instance, a longer tube for the milk foam would have been nice. Since the right side of our machine is positioned against a tall cabinet, placing the cup and the milk container is currently a bit awkward.

Additionally, adjusting the cup size can only be done once the coffee is already brewing. It would be nice if you could simply adjust this in advance via the settings.

Upon unpacking, the display indicates that an accompanying app is included, but you can only use it if you purchase the JURA Smart Connect separately. Unfortunately, this is not included.

All in all, it is otherwise a truly top-notch machine that is worth the money. For anyone looking for delicious coffee and great convenience, I can definitely recommend this machine!

A really nice coffee machine that is easy to install, use, and clean. Making a cappuccino is done in no time, and so is cleaning: you attach the tube, put a little milk in a small cup, place your coffee cup down, and the cappuccino is made. You can adjust the intensity of the coffee flavor for each coffee or cappuccino, just like the amount of frothed milk. A mini container is included, which I put hazelnut syrup in, allowing me to make a delicious hazelnut cappuccino; the flavor came through in the frothed milk. You can also use other syrup flavors, such as vanilla. To clean the milk frother, it rinses itself automatically after switching off, but you can also click the tube into a specially included container and then rinse the system with the included cleaning granules. I find it super simple and quick to do, which makes you more inclined to make a cappuccino.
