Why is the payment status in My Coolblue incorrect?

Sometimes, it takes a little longer for our website to recognize that you've paid. It can take up to 1 hour before we receive payments. Check whether money has been debited from your account.

  • Has the money been debited, but haven't you received an order confirmation yet? We recommend that you wait for an hour. Didn't receive anything after an hour? Contact our customer service. With your transaction number, we can quickly help you. That's always noted on your payment.
  • Has no money been debited? The payment wasn't successful. You can place your order again. We don't process orders without a successful payment, so you don't have to worry about receiving 2 orders.

I can't log in

We're sorry to hear you can't log in. Did you already create a My Coolblue account? If not, you can register first. Do you have an account and did you enter your password and email address correctly? Still can't continue? [Contact}(https://www.coolblue.be/en/customer-service/accessibility) us.

How do I change my personal information?

You can easily change your personal information in your account. Don't have a Coolblue account yet? Via this link you can create one yourself. That way, you can see all your purchases and returns online right away and change your information.

I can't create an account

We're sorry to hear you couldn't create an account. Maybe you entered the wrong email address. You can simply try again. It's possible we have a temporary error on our website. Can't make it work? Feel free to contact us.

I forgot my password

Did you forget your password? That's okay. It happens more often than you think. On the log-in screen, click "forgot password" and enter your email address. We'll send you a new temporary password right away. Read what you can do if you forgot your password. Didn't we recognize your email address? Maybe you don't have an account yet. Create one now.

Why isn't my order in My Coolblue?

Is your payment transferred from your account, but isn't your order in My Orders yet? That's okay, because we're processing your payment. You can see your order afterwards. This can take up to 1 hour.

Is there no money transferred from your account? The payment failed and your order didn't go through. You can easily place the order again.

I forgot my email address

Did you forget your email address? That's okay. Contact my colleagues at the customer service via 03 8082700. They're happy to help you.

How do I delete my account or personal information?

You can easily do this yourself. Make sure you're logged in to the account you want to delete and follow the instructions on the '[Remove account](https://www.coolblue.nl/en/my-coolblue-account/delete-account)' page.
