GreenPan frying pans have a ceramic Thermolon non-stick coating. The advantage of this coating is that a GreenPan frying pan is PFAS-free. As a result, the pan doesn't release any harmful chemical substances when it gets overheated. That's because the non-stick coating is made of natural materials like diamond and sand. This makes the GreenPan pans very scratch-resistant. The frying pans from GreenPan are available in different sizes and as an individual pan or as a set.
