Philips is launching new Ambilight televisions in 2026. Behind the screen of these TVs, there are LED lights that color the wall with the same colors as what's happening on the screen. That way, you can enjoy an atmospheric viewing experience, the screen seems larger, and your eyes are less sore after watching a long movie. With an OLED Ambilight TV, you can enjoy self-illuminating OLED pixels. That way, the screen is thin and the image has stronger contrasts. Black is truly black and you can clearly see the difference between light and dark parts of the screen.
