Induction

With induction, you cook energy-efficiently, safely, and fast. The cooktop only heats the pans and switches off automatically if you remove the pan.

Ceramic

The cooktop heats up the entire cooking zone. You don't need special pans for this. Keep in mind that you do need a Perilex connector.
