Frequently asked questions
Which connector do I need for my SanDisk SSD?
This depends on which SanDisk SSD you have. All Portable, Extreme Portable, and Extreme Pro Portable SSDs have a USB-C port. With the standard Portable SSD, you get a USB-C to USB-A cable. So your device needs to have a USB-A port, except if you have a USB-C to USB-C cable yourself. With the Extreme and Extreme Pro, you get 2 cables: USB-A to USB-C and USB-C to USB-C. So you connect these 2 SSDs to both USB-A and USB-C ports.
How many years of warranty do I get on my SanDisk SSD?
You get a 2-year warranty on the SanDisk Portable. With the Extreme Portable and Extreme Pro Portable, you get a 5-year warranty.
