According to our mobile phone expert
The 19-megapixel camera captures all moments clearly.
The phone is waterproof, so making calls in the rain or spilling water on your phone isn't a problem.
Thanks to the dual SIM, you'll be available on 2 phone numbers.
Compared to its competitors, the selfie camera takes less sharp photos.
The Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact is the successor of the XZ1 Compact and features a larger, 5.0-inch screen in the same, compact device. This screen lets you watch the 4K and slow-mo videos with 960 frames per second that you just made. Thanks to the improved stereo speakers, listening to music on this phone will be a whole new experience. You can also make your own avatar with the Xperia XZ2 Compact: just make a 3D scan of your head to create gifs, videos, and avatars and share them with your friends. Thanks to its metal casing, the device is water-resistant and you won't have to worry about all the accidents lurking around the corner.
My second Sony phone (first the Xperia X). The phone is very fast, which is to be expected for such a price and the new Snapdragon 845. But when you consider what you get for that price, it's actually quite cheap. The OnePlus 5t is seen as the flagship killer, but for 100 euros more this phone has a better camera, IP68, dual front facing speakers, a better form factor, a nicer design and a better processor. So I definitely recommend him.

After a few weeks of waiting for the pre-order, the phone finally arrived on the day of release, so I don't need to explain further that Coolblue does this well.
In a sentence; an ideal phone!
Runs on the latest Android version, everything feels fast and smooth and the Sony skin is nice, there are a number of extra apps on it, but I don't feel that this is too much.
The format is comparable to that of an iPhone 6/7, but with a slightly larger screen. This makes the phone easy to operate with one hand.
The Sony is a bit on the thicker and heavier side, but that makes it feel more premium to me, the curve at the back makes the phone nice to hold.
After taking a number of test photos, I am more than satisfied with the camera, photos look razor-sharp on both the phone and the screen.
One of the other points for which I have purchased this Sony is the dual-sim function, a private and business number in a device, and per contact you can indicate with which sim you want it to call. Whatsapp can also be run twice (in my case by assigning the app whatsapp business to my business number)
Altogether; Are you looking for a phone that is slightly different from the standard flagships, then this is definitely recommended!

After two days of intensive use, I am very impressed. In addition to the perfect size, the quick response and the fine intuitive Sony software stand out. Pictures are very sharp and the super slomo is a nice gimmick. The battery seems to last well over the day. I find it strange that the volume buttons are higher than the power button. It could have been better the other way around. The lack of the jack plug is solved by an included jack-usb adapter
