With the WD My Passport for Mac 1TB Type-C external hard drive, you'll have extra storage space for your Mac on the go. Connect the drive via USB-C and transfer photos and videos within seconds. You can also quickly make backups via Time Machine. The integrated hardware encryption protects your personal data. This way, you'll always know your files are well secured.
Had a WD external hard drive before but now needed one for my mac. I'm happy with it. It is fast, compact, silent. The transfer of almost 6500 photos and videos was done within 3 minutes. I think soon enough. What I also like is that I don't need a power cord, just the USB connection.
