Nikon Nikkor Z 50mm f/1.8 S
Super lens, which every photographer should have. Very sharp and super fast. Cannot be compared with 50mm 1.8 af-g with ftz adapter

This prime lens takes really beautiful pictures! Ultra crisp image. With an aperture of 1.8 it is possible to get very nice depth of field effects. The 50 mm offers many possibilities for use.

This lens is wonderfully fast, provides razor-sharp photos and is an all-rounder. For outdoors, this lens is fantastic anyway. Indoors you have to take into account that you need a little more distance than with a 35mm. But because of the large amount of light that the lens allows, you can take photos anywhere with a low aperture. This one goes in my bag by default!

Our digital expert will help you, but it can sometimes make mistakes, like humans do.
According to our camera lens expert
Bright in dark locations: thanks to the large maximum aperture of f/1.8, you can take bright photos in dark locations.
For portraits and products: with the 50mm focal length, you can take realistic portrait photos.
Silent autofocus: the autofocus motor focuses silently, so you won’t hear distracting noise in your videos.
No image stabilization: this lens doesn't have image stabilization that reduces motion blur.
Feels a bit heavier: this lens may feel heavy when you use it with a lightweight camera.
